• Final Pricing: The final contract price is determined only after a field template is created by our technical team. Adjustments may occur due to actual square footage, waste factors, site accessibility, and specific material selection.
• Quote Validity: Written estimates are valid for 30 days due to fluctuations in the natural stone import market.

3. Natural Stone Disclaimer

Natural stone (Granite, Marble, Quartzite, Soapstone, Onyx, Travertine) is a product of nature. By purchasing natural stone, you acknowledge:

• Visual Variations: Stone is unique. Variations in color, pattern, veining, pitting, and fissures are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
• Sample vs. Slab: Small showroom samples or website images represent the general aesthetic. The actual slabs installed may differ in tone and movement. We encourage viewing full slabs prior to fabrication.
• Seams: Visible seams are often required based on slab size and kitchen layout. Seam placement is determined by our fabrication team to ensure structural integrity.

4. Engineered Surfaces (Quartz & Porcelain)

For manufactured products (Quartz, Porcelain, Vetrazzo), while color consistency is higher than natural stone, minor resin pooling and particulate variations may occur. Performance and warranty claims are subject to the specific manufacturer's guidelines.

5. User Conduct

Our website provides communication tools for legitimate business inquiries. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information regarding project requirements.
• Transmit any abusive, unlawful, or harassing content to our support staff via LiveChat or email forms.
